My dad was in town for the holidays and he found some turkey feta meatballs I made like 1 year ago in the freezer. This recipe has completely fallen off my radar and WOW I am not sure why. These meatballs are so simple and so full of flavor.
You can make this recipe with any ground meat. I like to make it with ground pork too. But the turkey mixed with the feta is my personal fav.
This recipe should take around 30 minutes.

ingredients
- 1lb Ground Turkey (Or any other ground meat)
- 4oz Feta, crumbled
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 2-4 Garlic cloves, diced
- Who am I to tell you how much garlic is enough, when enough is never enough?
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Italian seasoning, Salt, Pepper, etc.

Recipe
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Dice the onion, and garlic
- Combine the ingredients
- Add seasonings in based on personal taste
- I add like 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- Roll meatballs into 1.5 inch – 2 inch balls
- Pan sear the meatballs on both sides in oil on medium-high heat
- Put the meatballs in the oven for 5-15 minutes
- Goal is to fully cook them, use whatever method. I use a thermometer to check temp
- Enjoy!
I have been eating this with my roasted beets + carrots and rice with butter. So simple and so delicious.
