Homemade Vinaigrette For Any Salad- 5 Minute Recipe

My Grandma, Rosemarie (Romy for short), was the obvious matriarch of our family. A lot of the recipes I share, including her German bread recipe, are some of our families favorite recipes. This salad dressing is one that we have eaten for every family get together that included a salad.

I hope you enjoy it – and I mean it when I say I really don’t care if you do. Our family loves it which is good enough for me.

Ingredients

Recipe
  1. Add the oil, vinegar, and lemon juice
  2. Whisk for ~2 minutes
    • Add more lemon juice if necessary to get it to have a nice emulsion
    • The emulsion means that the oil and the vinegar/lemon all mix together and not separate – you may need to mix it again when you go to reuse it depending
  3. Add in the seasoning and mix
  4. Enjoy!
