Homemade Caesar Dressing – No Anchovies

Ready to have a fantastic Caesar salad dressing in your life? This is basically a bunch of pantry items (minus the parmesan) and it is worth the 5 minutes to make it.

This recipe is the start of the Steph’s homemade dressing series. Making homemade dressing tastes so much better than store bought and it isn’t full of bad ingredients – so it really is a win win.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe
  1. Mince the garlic cloves
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

Easy peezy.

When I get rotisserie chickens, I love to make this salad dressing and have the best chicken Caesar salads. Once you used all of the chicken meat – you can get crazy and make some of my favorite chicken stock recipe!

Also, if you haven’t tried salmon or chickpeas in a Caesar salad as your protein, 10/10 recommend.

Sometimes people like to add in anchovies paste – but that freaks me out. Sorry not sorry. But I do hope you enjoy this!
